3 resipi biskut raya

 
 
 
Assalamualaikum..

Tiada idea nak buat biksut raya apa tahun ni? Saya kongsikan 3 resipi biskut raya yang saya buat tahun lepas.

1) Almond London

Ingredients:
220gm butter
30gm shortening (note:original Yen's recipe used all 250gm butter)
130gm icing sugar
2 egg yolks
1tsp vanilla essence
450gm cookies flour, sifted (note:original Yen's recipe used plain flour)
Toasted whole almond
Toasted diced almond and melted choc for deco.

Steps:
1. Beat butter + shortening until fluffy
2. Add in egg yolks and vanilla essence
3. Add flour & mix slowly until well mixed & soft dough is formed
4. Take a spoonful of batter and cover 1 almond, shape into oval.
5. Bake for 15-20 min , 170 deg.
6. Melt chocolate & cover the biscuit. Place into paper cup & topped with diced almond.
7. Let it cool & set before packing.

Coating tips:
1) Put all baked biscuit into the bowl filled with melted chocolate. By using spoon/pengepit take out the biscuit and place in paper cup.
2) Topped with diced almond right after you have placed the biscuit into paper cup. The diced almond won't stick onto the choc if it has set & cool.

2) Cornflakes Crunchy

Bahan (A)
180gm castor sugar
130 gm butter
60gm marjerin
60 gm shortening
1/2 tsp esen vanila
secubit garam
Bahan (B) - 2 biji telur
Bahan (C)
300 gm self raising flour
1/4tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
Bahan (D)- Cornflakes secukupnya-anggaran 250gm

Cara-cara:
1. Putar bahan (A) hingga kembang
2. Masukkan telur
3. Ayak bahan (C) & masukkan adunan kedalam adunan (A). Kalau sebati dengan spatula.
4. Rehatkan adunan didalam peti sejuk semalaman untuk menghasilkan biskut yg rangup.
5. Keluarkan dari peti sejuk dan bentukkan bulat, sadurkan dengan cornflakes dan letak di atas loyang.
6. Bakar selama 15-20 min pada suhu 175,

Adunan memang agak lembut, jgn tambah lagi tepung. Adunan ni bleh dpt anggaran 120 keping. Tak perlu buat besar sebab dia akan mengembang, kita kan guna self rising flour.

Tips mudah:
1) Lapik loyang bakar dengan kertas minyak dahulu sebelum letak adunan biskut. Dgn ini tidak perlu sapu marjerin setiap kali nak letak biskut.
2) Guna telur Gred B dalam semua resipi biskut/kek.
3) Marjerin & shortening boleh diganti dengan butter kesemuanya.

3) Cornflakes Rocher

250gm chocolate
80gm cornflakes
40gm roasted nut - nibbed almond/cashewnut
Some melted white choc for deco

Steps:
1. Melt the choc-double boiler
2. Add nuts and cornflakes & mix well
3. Place a spoonful of mixture in a paper cup.
4. Pipe some melted white choc as deco
5. Let it set

Tip: You may adjust the amount of choc & cornflakes if the melted choc is too thick or too liquid.
